Return & Exchange Timeframe
We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition you received it: unworn, unused, with original tags attached, and in its original packaging.

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
Within 1-2 business days, we’ll email you a Return Authorization Number and detailed instructions for shipping your return.
Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return
Carefully package the item(s) in their original packaging, include all tags and accessories, and ship to our facility:

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining your shipping receipt until your return is processed.
Step 4: Return Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return (typically 3-5 business days after arrival), we’ll notify you about the status of your refund or exchange.
Refund Information
Refund Processing Time: Once approved, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.
Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). Please note that your bank or payment processor may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product, etc.).
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- HELMETS (due to safety certification requirements and hygiene concerns)
- MASKS (for hygiene and safety reasons)
- WIGS (due to hygiene considerations)
- Items that show signs of wear, have been used, or are not in original condition
- Gift cards and downloadable products
We make exceptions for defective items, which will be replaced with the same product.
Exchange Policy
We’re happy to exchange items for a different size or color, subject to availability. Exchanges follow the same process as returns. If the exchange item has a different price, we’ll process a refund or charge for the difference accordingly.
Damaged or Defective Items
